i made the same mistake as you did. thought i could just get a lenovo and make it a gaming rig. i REGRET buying it. now i bought a new case,motherboard and a new PSU which i kinda wish i just built my own the first time so I wouldnt spend more money. but yea. a 550w is good enough with a GTX 460 and OEM parts.

We need to see if a standard atx psu will fit in the case or if the dell psu has something about it that isn't standard atx.Also you need to see if there is room enough for the card to fit.Mostlikely it will but again an inside shot of the computer would really help.

If you have to mod the case a little it's no big deal,the upgrade is certainly worth it.There could be a metal bracket for the psu that gets in the way.The screw holes for mounting are in the right places though.
