well i mean 5k is a lot to spend on a computer if you are willing to spend that much you might want to reconsider everything including all the part you already suggested
give me a sec to find some good parts for you

this is what i came up with
Mobo
GPU x2
hdd x2
ssd
sound card
psu this one may be over kill but if you want to expand with more gpus it will be possible
Ram x4 12gb for each cpu
and finally cpu x2

total is about 4310 without rebate or tax
now for cooling heres what i cam up with
Cpu block
gpu block optional really
then there is the resivoir
radiator
pump with the pump and resivoir they go hand in hand some manufactuares with sell the pump with the resivoir some with out really doesnt matter usually works out about the same

about 400 for all cooling parts (price includes extra pipes and fitting you might need)

then for case you can buy any li lian case that supports hptx factor for about 300

so the grand total comes to about exactly 5k =)

(note this price is roughly estimated you can minus about 300 with rebates and or if you buy from other stores for cheaper)
