Temps on H70 - Page 2

My room temp is around 22C,

Why on earth would my motherboard bios tell me 27C and Real Temp/Core Temp tell me 52C?!

I took off the old block, cleaned the surface very nicely with Q-tips and everything, installed correctly, not to tight,
and it's still giving me 52C IDLE?!

PLEASE HELP!!!

UPDATE:

I installed Asus Probe II, and it shows 24~25C,
weird.... so which is correct, BIOS and ProbeII says it's mid twenties IDLE,
and Core Temp and Real Temp says it's 51C idle,

what to believe?!

The BIOS are much more reliable, so I'm gonna guess Real Temp and Core Temp are wrong, try SpeedFan as well to see what it says, it's never been wrong on my system compared to some other programs.

Weird. If you do reseat it, give it a good shake while you have it out of the computer to allow any air to escape out of the pump and tubes and into the top of the radiator. You might try thumping the tubes as well.

EDIT: My load temps are around 60c

Wires are connected correctly, I went into bios and found that the settings for fan control are on auto by default, I tried speedfan, it's the same with real temp as well... Weird, only the Asus program shows the same temp as the bios, ?!?!
