Those are programs that run on Windows. Phoronix Test Suite will be included for benching and stressing.

Agreed, BUT YOU MUST HAVE A PROGRAM THAT WORKS/ACTS AS THESE PROGRAMS, maybe even multiple programs (I recommend building it into the OS by getting devs to give you source code (get it from SourceForge without permission if you need haha) or... get them to code it in when the OS becomes popular.

So now that summer is coming round again, is it safe to assume that the OCNix forum will increase in activity again like last year? Or did everyone except xtascox disappear?

He is the only one I hear any updates from. I about have all the OCNix threads subbed. Willing to be a test subject, but my Linux knowledge is very limited.

I've been the only one working on it really except for a few artwork contributions.

I've been holding off actual development until we can get at least one or two more people actually developing the project. There are also people still testing the pre-alpha here and there so it's been great getting feedback on that so we know what direction to move in next.

I may be able to help if my schedule ever clears up. I've been working several different jobs at the same time, and free time is rare. Plus now I have a free machine to play with here.

I'm pretty sure I could squeeze some time on this in, but I'll be the first to admit that I'm rusty and have much to learn. (Such as, I have 0 idea how to use effectively use irc)

I'm a fan of arch, and I'm interested in programming. I currently have zero programming experience except for some EasyC programming for my robotics team in high school, so all I can offer ATM is a rig for testing, but when I learn enough C/C++ or whatever you guys need, I'd be happy to help out.

We really shouldn't need much coding. It's more of configuration than anything. But thanks I'm hoping we can all get started again soon but I know the next 3 weeks are going to be hectic for me at least.
