Unlocking power draw on GTX570 killed my PSU!

So, I upgraded GPU-z, added the correct argument to unlock power draw, and went at it. I was still crashing in Crysis, so I was trying to find my stable overclock.

Found out it was my memory, fixed it, and all was well. I decided to try and get my voltage on my gpu as low as possible, while also lowering it to 900Mhz instead of 950. As I was stressing with OCCT w/ unlocked power draw, my PC shutdown. It wouldn't power back up right away, so I unplugged it, waited a moment, and it turned back on.

It booted up fine, I ran a small loop of Heaven 2.1 to verify my card was ok. No artifacts, and performance was where it should be, but it shutdown again. Any stressing causes it to shutdown. Did I kill my PSU?

I seriously doubt that's the issue. Probably an unstable clock somewhere.
