Any quality 500W+. The Antec NeoECO 520C at Newegg.com is the best deal in that category right now, though there are better if you've got the cash.

I recommend the Corsair HX850 - It's a great power supply. If you want to save a few bucks you could get away with the hx750, or even a good 650w, but I like having those extra watts anyways.

Also, get a modular... you'll love it.

wouldnt a 600watt or 650watt be the best choice to give a bit of extra power if it is needed, since 500watt would be cutting it close?

Why not buy a 1000W? Or a 1200W? Or a 1500W?

There comes a point where it just gets ridiculous, and anything over 750W for CrossFire 6850s is ridiculous. 650W is the maximum you could justify really. In which case the SeaSonic X650 would be a great buy.

And the Antec 520C would be fine. Not cutting it close.

This. i whould grab a 650 watt, eg Corsair HX 650, because 500W+ whould be stressing the PSU out, and that fan whould be spinning crazy fast. i ran 2x 6970s on a HX650, and it did not blow up, it's definably overrated.

No. They're 6850's, not GTX 580's.

If they were 6950s I'd be saying get a 650W. But cards in this power class... 6850s, 5770s, 4850s, 9800GTs, etc, can run SLI/CFX on a quality 500-550W just fine.
