Differences between the 2 is't worth it?

Thread Starter
I been looking around and seriously considering the idea of building a computer about time . So I will like to know the difference between these two boards that are the likely candidates if I go with SB. I can see 2 rear e-sata, 2 more usb 2.0 and 2 usb 3.0 onboard and the 16/8x vs 16/4x PCIEX. From what I being reading there is minimal to no difference between the PCIEX correct?

I believe there's a difference with 16x, 4x VS. 16x, 8x modes. I'd definitely go for the GA-P67A-UD4 board. It also supports SLI along with crossfire. The black is also a nice touch.

It's well worth the extra $60.
