Any stable 4.8GHz and above OCs with HT on, LLC off, using Offset mode for Vcore ?

I can get prime blend stable with LLC on, nothing I do stabilizes it with LLC off.

Grrrrrrrr....

Then leave it on, it won't hurt anything.

Does offset help with Vdroop? I think it just bumps up your base vcore.
If it only works with LLC on then Vdroop is your problem. It's funny, I set my LLC on med or high and I still get ~.01v droop which is about the same as without LLC on, useless invention.

I thought Vcore also bumped voltage up too? With LLC on, my temps are 5-10c hotter (when running Prime) than with it off

Haven't been able to yet, no. This may be a result of my stubbornness on trying to get the RAM to run at 1.5V & 1T. I'm testing at 4.7 right now and adding VDIMM appears to be helping.

sorry for the stupid question, but when you say LLC OFF, is that auto, standard, medium, etc. in Asus mobo thats all we get, we do not get an option to disable it.

If you read the description of the option, it has percentages.

Regular: 0%
Medium: 25%
High: 50%
Ultra High: 75%
Extreme: 100%

(Or something like that.)

Regular = OFF.
