p95 - 1 worker failed at ~3h, others ran till I shut off at 11h30m, Voltage advice

Using a pII x3 740BE unlocked to a x4 40,

The following passed 11h20 of custom p95 with 2800MB ram use, till I shut it down.

210x17=3750 CPU @1.403125V
210x13=2730 CPU/NB @1.356250V
210x9=1890 HT @auto
210x8=1680 RAM @1.47500 and 7-8-7-20-28-1T

So then I put the FSB up to 211 and left the volts the same, it failed p95 in ~1h30.

Then I went to 212 and changed the voltages to

CPU @1.409375
CPU/NB @1.362500
RAM @1.48125 these are gskill eco rated at 1.35V

Last night I ran p95 with 3000MB of ram use, and 1 worker failed ~3h30m, the others ran for ~11h30 till I shut it down.

The above with 210 gets to 43-44C, with 212 and those volts it got to 44-46C, so the temps are still good, don't know the RAM temps or core temps though.

How much more volts can I try on this C2 chip, and 1.35V RAM?

once a worker fails, it's pointless to let the test running... the cpu is not stressed at 100%.
I had the same problem with my 720, it unlocked to x4 but one core always failed, no matter the voltage or the oc.
Some x3 are not stable when @ x4

Yeah it failed just after I went to bed, I wish it had an auto shut off.
