I actually hope Nokia would survive as it is an excellent hardware manufacturer. More competition breeds better products in this particular industry.
Android is based of Linux.

at 600% growth.

Expected Apple to have more than 16%, but what's even more susprising is RIM's numbers. I don't believe that. Data isn't credible IMO if they're saying RIM has that little marketshare.

This must mean Android is allowed in China? I wonder how long until they block it.

Not sure if anyone has noticed this, but alot of people are switching out of blackberry. Back in the day it was awesome to have emails and everything in one device...well now there are handsets that make certain things even easier....plus you can do much more so why stick with rim.

The razr/krazr or whatever they were called were low end phones that people loved cause it did what phones at the time did, but it was tiny and thin. Sooner or later those people have moved onto better phones, although there are still people using them.

What you don't understand is that, that is what companies want. They don't want their employees having their phones loaded with apps so they can wonder off and start playing games whenever they want. Not to mention the encryption of Blackberry Enterprise Server's.

This is why the Government won't switch from using Blackberry's. Because iPhone nor Android has the security that Blackberry offers.

What, WEP encryption that's already been zero dayed? Nice security. The OS itself is just as vulnerable as the others.

What're you talking about? Blackberry doesn't use WEP?

Start reading. End to end encryption.

About time, really. As much as Symbian revolutionized cell phones, it's extremely dated and even a new interface won't help it. I'd like to see more Palm OS out there, it's a really sleek OS, but Palm sucks at marketing.

Fixed it for you. Palm = No more.
Palm OS != WebOS
