Ok so after doing a bit more searching I figured out that high static pressure isnt needed as much on air heat syncs like my TRUE, there just isnt enough blocking the airflow between the blades to matter.

So I ended up going with 4 additional Scythe Slip Stream Kaze Jyuni 120MM Fan 1900RPM 110.3CFM 37DBA, for a grand total of 5 of these in my case moving air as well as the top 200mm fan.

I think it should work pretty good. Reps to everyone who posted recommendations.

Sure it is, unless your using something like a HR-02 or something.
