I have, and I decided to buy a regular 932 door panel with the fan grill to aid my gpu cooling. Got one for less than 20 bucks at the CM Store. I made a post at the HAF Club reporting my gpu temperatures, comparing the solid windowed 932 BE panel to the regular 932 panel with various fans installed:
With four 120mm fans on the door panel, you can lower your gpu temps. considerably.

I prefer the plexiglass side, but it seems the regular side panel with fans is a great aid to cooling performance, a bit more than I had imagined. I might look into it thanks for the tip +1
Thank-you for the rep., I appreciate that
I couldn't use the included video card shroud because it wouldn't fit over the sides of my two 480's. That is because I have Zalman VF3000F coolers on each card, which are triple-slot beasts.
You could try using yours though, if you haven't yet. It will fit over your 570 easily, even two 570's should fit with their stock coolers. I would think it would help provide some airflow to the card, Nvidia recommends something ridiculous like a 110cfm fan for it though, but any 120mm fan is going to help.
I also think the 932 BE solid windowed panel looks a lot better than the original 932 door panel. But the window wasn't doing anything for my gpu cooling, so I decided to go for function over form.
I like your idea for the gpu shroud, I can't use it but it would be interesting to see if it works for your 570.
