I am very dissapointed with MSI and i will not be buying another i just RMA'd it and am going to buy a 6970 DirectCU II(When it's back in stock) that hopefully doesn't suffer from the same manufacturer design flaw.
It's not MSI's fault nVidia poorly designed the 570 with 4 phases. BTW, your card was likely made by Flextronics just like every other reference design 570 out there. No reason to go yelling at MSI over it. They'll RMA your card hassle free though.
This is also yet another reason people shouldn't be using GPU stress tests like OCCT, Furmark and Kombuster. They cause way to may cards to die.
