Frankly they should, seeing as this is marketed as an overclocking card. No one can deny that.

Ive got an EVGA 570 SC at my house that's going into the build im doing this weekend. After reading this I still plan on doing 850 on the core with no voltage tweaks. Looks like that speed won't give me problems and I'll have the warranty on it and everything.

No... I doesn't work that way. Your best bet is to sell the card fresh from RMA and then use the money to buy the card that you want.

If you're RMAing through MSI and you RMA the same card a second time, just complain enough and they might let you upgrade. Don't expect it and don't be a ******* to the CSR, and maybe.

I think the general advice is just use it as normal, don't go past 1.1V or disable OCP. Other than that, I think if it's going to break, it's going to break. Mine has been purring happily along at 1.1V since I bought it about a month or two ago. No issues. If it dies, you'll just have to suffer through RMA. And I haven't noticed any RMA refusal horror stories with the cards yet. Some people are getting scared and trading/selling their 570's and going with other options, but I love my 570. Even though this thread has caused a little bit of worry. I still suspect that cooling is a big thing with these cards. Maybe not so much core temp, but overall temps on all areas of the cards. Mine rarely breaks the 60 C core temp, and my case temps are never more than 2-3 C more than ambient temps.

I totally agree. The 570 in my opinion is the best price/performance card from nvidia on the market. Majority of the cards are working fine. If you are unfortunate and it blows, RMA it and get a new one. no need to be scared
