I do sarcasm just fine...I just wanted an excuse to rag on Ford for a bit.

I agree regarding early adoption; those who do it know the risks and accept them. Only time I ever did that was with the PS2. Never again...gonna wait until prices are down and reliability is up before buying anything.

That, and I'm broke.

ROFL! Looks like the 980x build was worth it after all! I knew i should have waited for Ivy bridge. I betcha a lot of people are doing right now!

I sold my intel stock and bought AMD just to see how far they get ahead before Intel starts gaining steam again.

I bought 500 AMD right away this morning @ $7.55 - made about $200 so far this morning.. Should have bought 1000, but ...damn, I just should have bought a 1000, but I am kinda chicken.

What's crazier still is that the motherboards for SB; some of them cost more than the damn chip itself! In the case of me, what's 300? I just bought a 1000 chip. In the case of SB owners, *** my $300 board is crap now?

Whats killer is the $700m market share that Intel is losing...i wonder how quickly Intel can bounce back?
