P=Project, R=Run, C=Clone, G=Gen. These are how a project (6903, 6901 etc) gets divided and by these 4 gropus you can, well you can't but Standford can, identify a WU. Shows up in HFM in one of the columns, displayed in the log as:
[04:02:23] Project: 6903 (Run 11, Clone 10, Gen 127)
I looked in your log and as the unit failed to be returned to Stanford completed the client downloaded the same unit you had before. The bonus will be calculated from when you first was assigned this unit unfortunately.
Googled your error too:
[02:51:56] CoreStatus = 89 (137)
[02:51:56] Client-core communications error: ERROR 0x89
[02:51:56] Deleting current work unit & continuing...
But fahwiki think it's due to insufficient memory, but 8 GB should be plenty and then some. Couldn't find anything other that pointed to what it could be.

I'm too running integrated on my 2500K, tried a discrete GPU and for me it didn't do anything for OC or TPF, it did raise the power consumption some though.
