it was designed for wow.

No matter what anyone says this is a step in the right direction. As demonstrated in this thread consumers don't care about biodegradable mice and they are most likely not aware of how much space discarded electronics take up in landfills.

Many electronics are only used for a year or two and then thrown away. If we could make lowend electronic components biodegradable like the crappy headphones which come with most personal audio devices then its would help to cut down on landfill space. Obviously you would not want $70 mice and $300 headphones biodegradable, but the crap stuff that comes with new computers ect ect would be great to be biodegradable because most people toss them anyway.

Obviously making certain items biodegradable would be impractical, but there are many items that would benefit from it. As long as someone is trying out things like this I am happy, even if no one cares and no one thinks it is a good idea. Some people don't know what is good for them.

I've got a RAT7, but could never get used to the way it felt. Best mouse ever IMO is still my $20 OCZ Equalizer

You do realize that mouse is just a rebrand? A4tech had that exact same mouse with 1:1 identical specs/layout a while ago (Before OCZ even released this) and have since moved on and even they may have rebranded. I find it accurate but uncomfortable.

It looks like it was made by a group of Compaq and Mad Catz rejects.
I dunno, that looks alright. Just like a typical 2 button mouse. Nothing I'd use, but it actually looks kinda nice.
