Get the Asus mobo and call it a day, you will be able to squeeze just about the same performance out of your cpu than with the other boards out there on the market.

At the time of writing this thread, most of the websites had yanked all the 1155 MOBO's. They seem to be trickling back though...

Just RMA the board and get the new version with the fixed chip. If you read the press release they fixed the issue and all new boards coming out the factory are good. Only those of us with a board or with one on the way are affected.

All the people making a big deal out of it are just mad because Sandy Bridge kicks their chips ass down the hall and back.
