System randomly shuts down - Page 2

According to core temp each core is running at about 43C when idle with a high of 48c - 51. this is on the stock intel cooler

its a bit high 55c is usually my underload game temps so yea try reaplying termal paste and sitting the cooler and came sure i does not move and your ambient can play a role on how your temps are going to be.

Thanks for the help, il have to go out and buy some new thermal paste tomorrow as its 11.30pm here in england, il post tomorrow with the new temps(hopefully a bit lower).

new paste seems to have cracked it so far but im stil going to buy a new cooler as the stock one seems a bit loose to me.
