CHIEFTEC PSU 500W 12CM ATX12 80+ (BPS-500S)
SAMSUNG DVD RW
GA-M52LT-D3
AMD ATHLON X3 450
Kingston DDR3 1333mhz 2gb
HD 4350 1gb ATI 4650

So im building cheap PC for my sis famaly.PC will be used for photoshop and some older games like GTA SA,NFS and Burnout paradise.
Only got few questions.
1st.Will it Boot only with 1 Ram stick in motherboard?
2nd 500w PSU will be inaf to feed this little monster?

Have you got an exact parts list/budget? I might be able to help you out here with some better parts (i.e. better RAM, and a PSU that would be so much more reliable)

i.e. do you really need Athlon II x3 for a family build? I went x2 due to 1. cheaper 2. twice L2 cache/core

Well in my country prices is difrent but can try.

Budget is 332.62USD as max.

The big problem is added value tax in my country its +25%
