Your best bet is to leave both the game and Windows mouse settings as neutral as possible, since those just alter the way your cursor moves via software algorithms. Only adjust the DPI/CPI of the mouse to suit your taste if at all possible.

I still like this sensor the best at 1600 DPI 500mhz max polling.
Avago ADNS-A3070/A3080

But for Windows, I always adjust Enhance pointer precision and check the box. But I don't touch anything else besides that check box. Even when I had a DeathAdder I used it. This TwinEye just doesn't feel as good as the Avago sensors. I like my Mamba but the TwinEye sensor, not so much.

If it's an Intellimouse 1.1 or 3.0, it's still better than a large majority of "gaming" mice on the market.

EPP makes muscle memory impossible. You should really disable that.

What you mean muscle memory? I've been playing with EPP on since the dawning of Razer's Diamondback Mouse. I always play with it on.

EPP = Mouse acceleration based on movement speed. It's very inconsistent if you want to control your sprays and swipes in games that use WM_MOUSEMOVE over WM_INPUT, but if you're happy with it then dw about it lol
