Before you go mutilating the connectors of your psu, try using a hair dryer. Works a charm every time for me. Set it up nice and hot and aim it at your connector for 10-20 seconds just to soften the plastic. Use your pin-remover tool straight afterwards and it should come out. This has worked for everyone else that has tried this suggestion.

wow this worked wonders, however i set down the connecter in front of the heat gun and melted it after i got the pins out....:(sigh. thank you to every one for there 2 cents!

The best way that worked for me was to use a 1mm flat head precision screwdriver. Slide it in the sides and then twist it a few times so it pushes the tab in. Then do it to the other side of the pin.

I've used the "proper" tools and they all dont work well, what I find best is to get a strip of stables, break a two off fro the end and flatten it. Make two of these and thats all you need.
