Have you tried setting your power settings in Windows to High Performance?

I had mine on Power Saving after a night of transferring files and forgot. Next day had horrible stuttering in games until I put it back to High Performance.

You might try giving the CPU-NB voltage a bump. Might help. If it is at 1.12 give it a bump up to 1.22. You can also try pulling one ram stick out and then testing. Use one stick and then the other. Also try swapping ram slots if possible.

Also I have heard of people having to downgrade their video driver in order for it to work properly. Don't know if that is the case here but I'm just throwing things out there.

Its your MOBO or your GPU. Sorry to say it.

Can't tell you if its corrupt drivers, but I've dealt with similar problems, and the culprit was one of the two.

That means that you have Cool n Quiet enabled, that can be the source of your problems, you should leave it disabled if you are overclocking.
