Blue screen when I start WoW

Thread Starter
Ok so I seem to be getting blue screens when i start wow ( not every time though, just 1 in 5 f.ex )

The message says something along the lines of "Attepmt to restart the display driver etc etc"

I have tried updating my drivers but the problem persists, maybe roll my drivers back further?

Of course I installed them correctly...

Removed existing driver, booted in safe mode, ran driver sweeper, rebooted normally, installed new driver, rebooted.

I thought that was common knowledge by now? (besides some people claim that you don't actually need to do the driver sweeper method, but I did)

EDIT - Also when i'm watching youtube videos (WoW minimized in the background), the video goes green and WoW crashes and the error "the display driver has stopped responding and has recovered" pops up.

Your motherboard has gone bad.

Atleast, thats what happened to me.

I had the exact same problems with my 4870 X2.

Turns out it was a bad card and I RMA'ed it.

Load temps, when I had Warcraft and Assassins Creed 2 open at the same time, were 55-59ºC.

The fact you're using two games open as "load temp testing" leads me to believe you haven't done sufficient testing on your overclock.
