EDIT: personally, I would go 1.2v for your cpu-nb, and for your ram - it shouldn'5 crash if you touch it, I would loosen up those timings and see if you can go 7-8-7-24 @ 1600mhz, or just go 8-8-8-24 @ 1600mhz if it's stable. Overclocking is nice, and a lotta fun (and horribly addicting... I've reconfigured the bios of 2 computers to get higher overclocks in the last 2 days) but without stability you've not got much. sacrifice a little speed to be 100% stable
and one more thing i tried get my CPU/NB to 3000MHz and i had to set the votlage to 1.450000V so i can boot, isnt weird to add 0.300000V just to get more 200MHz ?
** it was 2800MHz @ 1.150000V before
