There is 2 options, USB stick or your CD.

Since you choose USB then I will do USB tutorial.

Step 1:
http://www.memtest.org/
Make sure you download the LATEST VERSION!
(Download Auto installer USB NEW)

Step 2:
After you downloaded, unpack it.

Step 3:
***VERY IMPORTANT*****
MAKE SURE YOU CLEAR ALL DATA INSIDE YOUR THUMBDRIVE OTHERWISE IT WILL BE DELETED!!!!!!!

The reason why it will auto delete because they need to convert NTFS (New technology file system) to FAT (File allocation table). They need to do that so that they can read it from the BOOT UP.

Go and click the program and it will automatically format your USB and store the program inside.

Step 4:
Re-boot your system.
Press F11 (Depend on your motherboard manufacture) Go to boot settings
Choose zip.

Step 5:
Enjoy!

Please note that if there is error, it is guarantee 99% is your ram fault.
Make sure you test each ram for 3 hours. Meaning 1 stick 3 hours, then later another stick for 3 hours.

It is better to test individually so that you can spot the error of each ram.

If there is no error, you are good to go.

When error persist, RMA (Return merchandise authorization) immediately.
