Go lift weights for an hour before gaming, make chicken tenders, and munch on those while you game. You'll be so tired you'll cut your session in half, and then you'll get extra swoll and pull massive vagina.

I actually do weight lifting, it does not cut my gaming session in half though..

I call shenanigans

Usually if this question came up i would just say pretty much any energy drink. Red bull, Mother, Monster you name it. I used to have energy drinks almost every day.

But about 3-4 weeks ago one of my friends developed a heart condition where pretty much his heart will just randomly start beating extremely fast, and he cannot stop it.

So since then I haven't had an energy drink smile.gif I just have iced tea now, but brb this thread is making me hungry

I know... I do it too (and I'm a powerlifter) and I seem to play css for even longer

in any case, get chicken breast and munch on it, it takes me about an hour to eat my pound of meat per day./

lol no most competitive gamers are in great shape. In order to have the level of reflexes and hand eye necessary for high level fps play you need to be in relatively good shape.

Monster Java drinks are essential.

Though, back in the day, we used eat tons of doritos, drink tons of pepsi, coffee, and when it came out, redbull. I can remember gaming for 3 days straight when I was a teenager on many occasions.

Hell, we'd have a PC, N64, couple of playstations hooked up and just game. Aaaah, how awesome it was coming down from those caffeine highs, feeling like a zomvie, twitching, eyes bulging begging for sleep.... A couple years later we replaced the caffeine with booze.

Maybe a little speedy speedy

On the rare occasions that I actually game for more than a few minutes these days (Uplink can really get you in the zone), It's usually Red Bull and Salt & Vinegar chips. I won't skip a meal, though, unless I'm home alone and I can just eat later.
