And just so you know I didn't go out and buy a retail disc, wouldn't work anyways. I also didn't see the point in downloading a hackintosh disc AND getting a retail disc when I probably won't use it much anyways.
I just want it mainly for the support of my Mixer. Because there is no DJ/Mixing support in Linux I have to choose between two evils, I chose the better one I think.
hehe, i actually like Mac OSX, i ran a hackintosh once, didn't care for the "shady" reliability of it, so i purchased a used Emac, not imac, a emac was a the educational version of imac
i had it running 10.5 of macosx i want to say, its been awhile since i played around it, it is a really well made OS, and who here can not say they would enjoy aqua as much as gnome or kde
i use to use it a lot, but as office and scanner programs have become better on Linux, i rarely boot up the little guy anymore, the cat lays on it as it is a large smooth surface, and cool in the summer time since it isn't on.
but i would honestly say 90% of all programs on it, are opensource, so i turned MacOSX into a run of the mill linux distro
