Now, as long as the case is closed, there is nothing you should be worried about when taking the computer outside.
It's not a cat. You're not going to shorten its life by taking it outside.
Well maybe not 19 degrees but I mean with the airflow my PC has that air couldn't be in there long enough to get heated up to 60 degrees...

As for taking it outside, I was just worried that the humidity or something would be bad for it. It isn't precipitating anymore but the ground is wet from all the snow and ice.

No, of course it would be 60f or more. It's going through several components, each heated up above 150f.

Like I said, as long as it's not being literally rained on or snowed upon.. it should be just fine. Just place it under something, or build it a little dog house.

Being its a small crack the air is coming through and my room is set to 71F, plus heat generated from the plasma + PC + upper level apartment, its probably around 65F where I sit.

You are making the assumption that the rate of flow is allowing all that air form the outside to heat up to 60f. Heatsinks may be good at what they do. but they are in no way perfect. You are not going to get all that air heated with a decent flow rate. More than likely you are heating that air up by 5-6 degrees at most. This is in the case you were porting the air into your case from outside and dumping it into your living area.

Main issue is going to be bringing the PC back into the heated area, aka the living area. Be it a house, appt., dorm, ect... Which would just mean he would have to let the computer come back to room temp, check for condensation, depending on what the relative humidity is within the living area (Some homes an appts. have humidifiers).

just let your rig warm up a little before turning it on while inside.

Condensation wont effect anything unless it is on.
