I was just about to suggest command prompt through disk boot.

You can also try a linux live CD to boot with, the virus wouldnt be able to run and if you knew where it was you could kill it.
And I dont think the Live CD writes any files or formats anything so it should be safe for use. Others probably have more information on that than me.

Google TDSSKiller Download and run it. When it's done it will need to restart and hopefully you will be clear. I had a similar issue last week on wifes comp.

I once had this virus called ultra defragger. Basically, I used this program called rkill to kill the virus. Then I used Malwarebytes and it found the virus and it finally it was gone...try googling everything about your problem. Chances are that they're could be another solution to the problem you're posting about.

I said earlier but got passed over, even if they detect it there is a chance they cant remove it. Best bet is to find them, and remove them yourself.
