Which chip is binned higher, a DO i7 920 or a CO i7 965?

I don't think that's right. 965 is the highest binned i7 at the time (Hence why it's the Extreme Edition). i7 920/930 is the lowest binned i7 at the time.

The revision is all that matters. Unless you have an absolute gem of a C0, a D0 will clock higher, at a lower vcore.

Yeah but you're right. I'm guessing the newer D0s would overclock with less voltage, which was the purpose of this whole thread

I don't believe any of the chips are actually binned since any of them can exceed the highest stock speed sold.

Thanks for the input guys, yes he was right to assume I was after knowing which chip would be best to overclock. I have a DO i7 920, that can do 4.5 @ 1.5v, I was hoping to have a bit of fun overclocking a cheap i7 965 from ebay.
