And to the guy who thinks its "hard to believe" that I did not look at my receipt until I got home check the Chicago weather. I picked my stuff up in a snow storm and I drive an SUV. With the receipt in the bag it was toss it in the back and get in the car and go.

The whole ride home we talked about how great of a deal we got. After it was all in the house we checked the prices and realized what was missed and why. When a manger is sitting right there watching you get rung up and makes a comment like "Someone is getting good deals today!" and you hear your total for the SECOND time. Your first reaction isn't hmmm They must have missed something I should go through my receipt and make sure.

That was the second time they scanned everything. We thought we were just getting a hell of a deal lol.

You did get a hell of a deal, people are just jealous. Have fun with your rig man!

Of course it's a hell of a deal when you didn't pay $239+ tax for the case. duh.

lol just talked to the guy that sold me the stuff. he was like "Holy ****!" that guy is an idiot I don't know why he still works there. He let management know and now hes going to let me know what is going on later. Sounds like they are just going to write it off or if they need me to come back I am going to get the case @ cost. Either way its win!

They can't really make you pay for the case...it wouldn't hold up in any court at least. Don't let people guilt you into paying for something you got. BTW, warrenty through microcenter is **** in my experience, I had a PSU go bad on me, and Microcenter made me try to RMA it through corsair before they would take it.

So I have a few questions. My cable management looks horrible because the cables all fell short of where they had to go in the case when I tried to use the cable management. So I can just buy extensions right? Or do I need to just buy all new cables? I am going to look up some info on how to sleeve everything as well while I am at it I might as well do it right. Guess what I am asking is what should I be looking for for longer wires?

Just to back you up on that, I never checked Microcenter receipts until I got home (usually in a hurry to get out of that place, especially with southern cali traffic). That is until I had an issue one time after I drove the 35 minutes back home... but I can easily believe and see that happening.

As far as cable management:

I'm not sure if your PSU maker (I forgot what PSU you bought) sells longer cables or not.. that is one option if they do. You can also buy extensions for the ones you need too. If you wanted, you could post up a picture and we can help give you ideas where to route things as well. Sometimes, you just have to run a cable in a crummy looking way because it is the only way it will fit (until you get an extension or something). But with that case, you should have no issues at all.

Nice one

Also, just read about that 800D. I mean, I dont know.

I would definetly go back and check with the guy, or I would feel real bad. But thats just me.
whaaa?? He asked the guy twice to scan all the items. If anything was left out its not his fault.
Also nice setup, MC is great.
