Your RAM speed is 1560 (780 x 2), so dont worry
Set those timings from 9-9-9-24 to 7-8-7-24

Turbo core........Disable
CPU/NB freq......2600 - 3000
HT Link Speed....1900 - 2100
DRAM Volt.........1.35V(may need a little bit more than that)
CPU Volt...........1.35V(may need more or less)
CPU/NB Volt.......1.30V(may need more or less)
Disable.... Spread Spectrum

Change just those four (from top). Leave the rest on auto and try to stabilize your comp.

You should be able to run 1600 6-8-6-20-24-1T or ~1800 7-8-7-24-32-1T reliably on that RAM; those speed/timing combinations will give you the best results
