I'd like to know how TPU got a different total score for the 570/6970 when they didnt bench them again for the 560 review from the 6970 review Look at the scores in every game they are exactly the same as the 6970 release numbers. Drivers didnt change anything http://www.techreaction.net/2011/01/...0-12-compared/ . I wouldn't take TPU seriously anyways look at the games they test its 2011 lol. Same thing with [H] why test a resolution barely anyone plays at.
Edit: Here is a driver comparison for the new Nvidia drivers http://www.techreaction.net/2011/02/...2-99-compared/ so maybe with latest drivers things have changed.

I find it funny that you question TPU benchmark because they uses game before 2011? FYI, we're barely 2 months in 2011. Then you mock [H] forum because they bench the cards at high resolutions? Somewhat ignorance are we? TPU and [H] have a better reputation than your source. Now, since you like to question credible source then let me ask you, "do you question OCN benchmark?".

Regardless of drivers the 570 and 6970 exchange blows. Even the 6950 unlock exchange blows with the 570. The 6950 unlock and overclock to 1000Ghz will be playing in the same ballpark with the 580 for iono half the price?

Yeah, and the Geforce 6200 is better than the 8800GT in my book.
Opinions are just that. They aren't always facts.

I wasn't saying the 570 is faster overall it depends on resolution. http://www.hardwareheaven.com/review...roduction.html see? 570 clearly faster there but it goes to show they trade blows depending on review. Even members of TPU suggest they need to update their games. I mean look at some of those games 200+ fps? And all I said about [H] was they shouldn't only test at a resolution 95% of gamers will never play at. Don't know why you got all defensive about the truth. The chart slowend posted shows exactly what I always tell people. At 2560x1600 and above the 6970 is faster under that the 570 is faster. All i got to say about the OCN benchmark is it was tested on an i3. There is a post on [H] that proves the 570/580 needs a quad to stretch its legs. That would explain how a 6950 beats the 570 (in Dirt 2 especially)when no other review has shown that.

You know, I could give two cents about benches below 1920. Who buys cards like these to run at 1680x1050?

Btw, 6950/6970s kill Nvidia when it comes to the ego engine, Dirt 2/F1 2010.

LOL it only sound defensive towards ignorant people. Not that you're ignorant or anything. Oh wait, I did mention how ignorant you are prior to your previous post lol. Your so call truth is somewhat iono what's the word... fanboy? Ah that's it.

This is the most retarded comment I heard. Maybe you live in another world but today's date is 2/10/2011. I'm sorry I'm just being "defensive".

"Same thing with [H] why test a resolution barely anyone plays at."

I don't know if this is true, which I doubt. Would you like people to only test at 800x600 resolution. Like I mention you mock [H] forum because they "BENCHMARK" at high resolutions. Google the gtx 570/580 and you'll see several benchmark at 2560x1600 to 5760x 1080.

I'm sorry am I being to defensive? LOL.

I'm pretty sure Nvidia cards still have an advantage in Dirt 2.
F1 is dominated by AMD though.

You might be right, I just can't stand to play Dirt anymore with F1 here. Too much Blockhead!
