Well, the bigger one is cheaper. Same res and refresh rate.. I didn't look at any of the other details, but Toshiba is not a bad brand.

How far away are you willing to sit from your monitor to use your computer? That is the deciding factor at the end of the day.

Well I returned my samsung 32" for this toshiba 37" and I have to say, I am very happy with my choice.

This toshiba is awesome, looks better than the samsung IMO. and at only $399 I think it's a steal.
