Steelseries Warrenty?

Thread Starter
So I bought a Steelseries G6V2 last month and I noticed that the spacebar pops out on 1 side whenever I press the left edge. I bought it from NCIX and they have a 15 day return thing, but thats over. I've never RMA'd anything, and I was wondering how it works? Do I email them, ship it in, and then do they send the one I have repaired, or is it a new one?

You are going to want to go to SteelSeries.com and on the bottom of the page, click on Contact Support. Then after that comes up, log in. Then on the left menu, click on Create Support Tickets. That page will allow you to get in contact with Steel Series to help you determine the proper course of action!

Great buying decision, BTW! SteelSeries is great stuff!

Good luck, I still have a half dead Ikari at my house. Steelseries never even bothered responding to my support tickets.

1 Year North America and I have no clue what they do for keyboards. You pay return shipping though.

Well I ended up ordering a G6v2 directly from steelseries on their recent sale. I ended up getting a defective keyboard and the b key is all messed up. I just submitted a trouble ticket so I guess that I'll see how this one goes.

They never did with my Ikari and still haven't responded to my email about the keyboard.

You bastard.

I probably shouldn't have bought any steelseries product at all. I guess that it's my own fault. I should have learned the first time.
