Cmos clear on asus M4A89TD

quick question, my bros pc is constantly rebooting/bsod every 5-10mins, i figure a cmos clear should help, cant find it. sooo, removing cmos battery/unplugging system a on asus board is the way? correct?

Yeah, Unplug, Push the power button to drain any built up charge in the rig.
Remove the battery for a few minutes ( or just use the cmos reset jumpers, if you can find them )..

NP.. If you reset the cmos and his pc still shows signs of instability.. I would look into ram or hard drive first as the cause of the blue screens...( first things I check when a customer complains of bsod's )
Is he overclocking?

actually we did try an oc earlier today, reseted as soon as a bsod occurring, so i figured cmos is a dire. cant tell if ram or hd yet.
