That's logitech's policy on everything. had one speaker die on my 5.1 system so i got a new one. My wheel's pedals broke so i got a new wheel. As nice as that is my issue is trying to buy parts after warranty as you are boned as they don't sell replacement parts.

Probably useless bump. They used to have them listed on their site.

We only have replacement mouse feet for certain models of mice. Please call our Sales and Information line and a live agent will be happy to determine availability and price for your model. You can reach our US Sales department at 800-231-7717. Our phones are open from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, excluding some holidays.

I'm sure they would have them for the G9/G9x.

All mouse feet get scratched, they are made of Teflon which is softer than most materials which gives the impression of slick.

What sort of pad are you using, have you tried using a hard mouse mat like the steelseries 4HD?

I wouldn't bother ordering from Logitech, I just got some Hyperglide ones. Fairly cheap, $7.50 for the G9, and comes with two sets. Shipping is like $1.50 too.

It has been about 5 days since I got my new G9x. Left half of the back feet appears to be fairly scratched and feels rough to the touch. Is this normal?
I only used the mouse on a clean wooden desk and sometimes on a not-so-good cloth pad.
