Where the hell did all the Asus p8p67 Pro boards go???

Thread Starter
I was going to buy the asus p8p67 pro mobo from microcenter cause its a smokin good deal at $160 but they didn't get any in their weekly shipment. (also their website shows NO 1155 boards for sale at all...w t f??) Becoming impatient i went to newegg to get one and nothing came up in a search. Google shopping still shows places with it though...

So, is this just a really popular board and thats why its out of stock or is it being replaced with something else that i dont know about? any thoughts?

Thanks

I think most (if not all) sandy bridge lga1155 boards were being recalled due to same apparent flaw in the chipset design or something.

Please no, dont start another one of these threads.

They are gone, lets leave it at that. Search for that boards chipset and problem and read.

Chipset had problem with transistor that controlled voltages on 3gb/s sata ports.

Well, its indoors. But usually the game is in a city with warmer weather and the week leading up to the game is a big party week with an extra million people in town. Those million might not think they left their home states.
