I have used/tested the water probes by aqua computer with the BigNG and they work well.

Remember that if you want to use the BigNG with a flow meter you will need to get the SensorHub addon card to the BigNG. I am going to use the aqua computer flow meter in this setup but have not yet completed my build so cannot provide you with input on how well it works. I think it will perform nicely.

With the sensorhub addon and the flow meter it will be possible to automatically shut the computer off if the flow drops to zero.

I am using the T-Sensor Navigator software to configure the BigNG and version 2.12 works nicely with Win7 64 bit.
