Do you know that feeling?

Thread Starter
When you got your system stable, every benchmark is done,
no more setting that you could crank up.
And then comes this feeling, somehow like an emptiness,
you got nothing more to tweak or to explore.
No satisfaction, the game you loved to play which gave you such
a "thrill" is now over.
Had some of you the same experience?

Yes. that feeling when you're out of benchmarks and no need to OC anything, check anything, stabilize anything...

I would be more than willing to let you start making my system look profesional and getting it to run right if your bored lol. I just put my first system together last night and its a rats nest of wires but working. I got to the same point with my wrx. That car was my pride and joy but I took it as far as I could "without making it look like awful." The only things left to do was start making it look like it came right out of the fast and furious and put neons all over and that is just not my style.

Even though I am new to computers I am sure I will hit that fork in the road at some point. I think it is like that with any hobby you truly enjoy. As far as the favorite game being over I am there right now and my down time is even that much more down now. Seriously need a new MMORPG that keeps my attention like FFXI did lol.

That is usually the time when I am begging to have someone let me build them a machine. But that is few and far between. Netflix is great.

I've got the same itch. I'm ready for bulldozer, the money is in the bank and I'm ready to build. I hate playing the waiting game.

NO! As long as you don`t run out of money, lol.
What a luck that my father always has some laptops/PCs with wicked problems to repair, so i never run out of hardware to play with
And, no I can`t play "inside" my case everything in there is fresh and clean...
A friend of mine told me I should try overclocking my ethernet or DVD_drive or maybe i`ll voltmod my case-fans from 12V to say 25V, that should be fun!
