thanks 10acjed, TH3 original; i had to bite my tongue with an "maybe it's cause you're ESL" comment lol...

i should add that this is for daily use, media editing, but primary interest is in light gaming ("light" meaning few cutting edge titles & content with low settings)

That MSI in the for sale section is a good board, specially if you plan on some overclocking. It will push that 5500 to its limit...

If you dont plan on overclocking then it really isn't as important which board, any P35, P43, P41, P45 you can find in your price range.

As stated before tho, to find something under $60 your limited greatly unless willing to buy used...

Personally I have had alot of good experience with used boards, I bought my P45 UD3 for $90, used it for a year and sold it for more.

This evga p55 SLI was bought used on ebay, haven't had any issues with it...
