If the bottom is uneven and snags at your mouse pad because it was over torqued at the Chinese factory then the mouse is defective.

If your mouse freaking wobbles because the herp derps at the factory didn't break the shell off the mold properly your mouse is defective. Adding another mouse foot to force the mouse to lean in one direction is absolutely ridiculous.

If the sensor has positive or negative acceleration from a poorly implemented firmware then your mouse is defective.

Stop paying for and settling for defective garbage, its not ok to release beta products. These problems should have been caught and fixed before a single valor left their office. If you are in love with the shape or whatever, wait for a refresh. The current Valor that got sent to you isn't worth your money.

There is no grip problem with the Spawn (unless you dislike the shape ofc). Never has been, never will be.

I'm not seeing damage, though I imagine rubbing bits of rubber coating into the fabric of a cloth mousepad isn't good for its functionality. On my crappy Dell hard mat, it moves better, but you can see little spots where the rubber has been worn off the bottom rim of the top shell.

I'm very far from the mouse expert that a lot of you guys are, but it seems like the mouse should be riding on the teflon skates rather than the rubber rim of the shell.

To continue the observations/questions of a mouse non-expert, it doesn't appear that the sensor is free floating inside the shell, but is attached to a board attached to the bottom. Doesn't that mean that if the bottom is uneven and the mouse is leveled with an extra skate that the sensor is kind of cockeyed? Does that matter? If not, why not? I can't think of anything else with a lens where having it pointing in the right direction isn't kind of important...
I guess I meant both. When you say "rubber has been worn off the bottom rim of the top shell," do you mean like this? Mine came from the factory with these scratches:

I don't think mine is riding on the shell despite the scratches in the pic. Those must have gotten there from assembly or previous testing.

I also found the problem to the RMB requiring more pressure than LMB, it's that the RMB rubs on the side of the mouse piece that holds the mousewheel when you click down, I'll more pics plus explanation soon. Also gonna try to fix it myself.

As for the scratching, I think it's a part of the outershell not being the same height as the inner shell on the bottom. I took some 300grit+1000Grit sandpaper and there's NO more scratching at all.
I'd really like to see clear pics of this.

Here is a pic of the amount of the gap that leads to the wobble:

The red dot is the light from the sensor.

Mine aren't scratches, it is a rubbing off. If you're looking at the bottom of the mouse, the area of the rim between the bottom skate and the 'QC' sticker and the point where the rubberized portion meets the plain plastic portion at the top are worn down in spots to where you can see shiny plastic.

It doesn't seem to be dragging now since I loosened the small screws under the two small skates (or because the draggiest bits wore off). I'm still out of balance and double-stacked, because (in my case at least) once you stack two skates, they don't come apart without leaving all of the adhesive from the top skate on the bottom skate, so if I loosen the bottom screws now, I'd be level (maybe) but have no skate to put on that side.

I'd post pictures, but I don't have a cell phone or digital camera.

I just got mine, I'll see.

Seem to have lucked out on mine, mouse 1 + 2 take the same amount of pressure, and there's no other weird defects. There is a tiny amount of wobble, but not more than any other mouse I've owned has had out of the box. Once the pads have worn down for a couple days it should go away.

Only complaint so far is that the mouse wheel is REALLY mushy, pressing mouse 3 without moving it looks like it's going to be a feat.

Ok I think I see what you're talking about. In that case, you're saying that the bottom edges are rubbing against whatever surface you're on versus the skate, correct? It looks like the whole frame around the edges could do that. Mine could be doing that too, in addition to just the bottom right side.

Yep, that's why before someone managed to get some results loosening the screws I would've had to double all the skates to lift it up a bit and triple the one to put it in balance. Now I'm just stuck with the one skate doubled, or would be if I weren't sending it back.

Okay, here's how the DPI for the valor is showing up:

Step 1: 1000dpi
Step 2: 1800dpi
Step 3: 2400dpi
Step 4: 3400dpi

For reference my WMO measures 400, and my mx310 came up correct at 400 and 800 dpi for both steps.

These get flashed with the wrong firmware or something?
