Puretrak, how were none of these issues not noticed and fixed before being shipped? I thought every mice was individually tested at the Chicago Office BEFORE it was sent out? All of these issues seem very obvious, and should of been a no brainer when testing these mices.

Your posts are being removed because we have already explained the issues which some users are experiencing with their Valors. We are addressing the small number of users who have these issues and they will be assisted on an individual basis. The 500dpi (and possible 2000dpi) steps are already being investigated in which a firmware update will be provided once resolved. All other steps, including the 1000dpi step, seems to be working 100% correctly.
To prevent clouded judgement from users who have not yet received their Valor, we ask that posts such as yours be directed strictly towards our staff rather than on our Facebook which is not a direct form of support.
Also, if you have not yet received your Valor... please do not assume that these issues you are hearing from a small group of users is correct and will automatically carry on to your specific order.
