Anyone thats wanting to return it just need one of these two addresses and your set to return it. I thought they would need the order# but they go by the number on the mouse.

PureTrak Gaming Gear
Attn: Returns
P.O. Box 766
Newbury Park, CA 91319
United States of America

If returning by FedEx, you will need to return the product to the following address:

PureTrak Gaming Gear
Attn: Returns
3470 Chief Circle
Thousand Oaks, CA 91360
United States of America

I see that your order came with a promotional free Talent pad as well. Please include this along with all original packaging with your return. Once we receive your return and inspect it for damage, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

I've measured it out, done the math, compared it to my EC2/Xai/MS 1.1.

How do most people not realize that 500DPI on the Valor, moves further in 1 inch than my EC2/Xai do at 1000dpi & 990dpi respectively?

TBH the x/y ratios feels off as well. At their "supposed" 1000dpi setting i feel like there is some negative accel in the Y axis.

Complete non-sense. I asked for a refund, but no reply yet either.
I had the same issues. Try going through a few different avenues if you really want a response. I didn't get an email reply back until I left a message on their facebook saying I had sent an email.

Nick appears to be the only one handling support, so he's probably just bogged down. I actually sent an email back to him about 3 days ago now and haven't gotten a reply yet, but with everything he's probably dealing with, it's quite fine with me that I have to wait.

For you guys that have gotten the Valor: Did the weights come preinstalled in the mouse? Mine were rolling around freely, and while I'm almost positive I should just pack them in the mouse for a return, I want to make sure that's how it was shipped.

Hello,

There are several staff members handling support at the moment. Like most companies in the US, we do not function at full capacity on Saturdays and Sundays so email responses might be delayed until an actual working day. Rest assured we are responding to everyone as quickly as possible.

Thanks!

Awesome, so we pay shipping and don't get to keep the free Talent.

$6 in shipping vs. a $25 mouse pad... That's obviously why. Unless your talking about return shipping, then what, around $12 in shipping vs. $25 mouse pad? Right.

More like $6 shipping covered vs Losing all respect for a company.

Its still LOST at the USPS office. This thing is a curse. The only thing that lured me to pre-order was the free talent, which has to go back anyways so I won't even open the box.

is it a 30 day return policy, if so, i'm giving this company 4 weeks to fix the acceleration issue or CONFIRM that they know the reason for the acceleration and CONFIRM that they can fix it with a firmware update, if my demands cant be reached, sending back for a refund.

Seriously, the only reason im keeping this mouse is because I like the Talent alot. Maybe I can make a deal and pay puretrak $25 and keep the talent and return the valor with full refund:/

Any "professional" or even "competetive" FPS gamer that uses a good optical mouse like mx5xx, 3.0, 1.1, EC1/2, Razer DA shouldn't even consider DOWNgrading to this.

Fair enough. I said that based on every email I've sent to Puretrak having been replied to by you over the last year or so. Either way your inboxes are probably a train wreck right now.
