Put your fingers in the designed holes, rotate 20° clockwise. To remove the cap from the mouse, hold the mouse with one hand and hit the palm of your other hand. Apply more force if necessary.

Anyone knows when the sensor update is planned? I don't want to start to use it before the sensor is fixed because 1800dpi is too fast in windows(and I won't go away from the 6/11).

Could try using MarkC's windows mouse fix, although I'm not sure it'll be enough.

Set the windows slider to 3/11 Use the Marc C mouse fix builder ( makes it 6/11 and no accel when a game forces epp on ) try make whatever game your playing use epp for instance cs 1.6 use the launch options.

For css use Raw Input which will bypass the windows slider to make it 6/11 but it wont be zoomy in windows cause your using 3/11.

-------------------------------------------------------------

Still not a solution realy as high dpi is stupid when every game has a sensitivity slider that goes higher then lower :/. Also high dpi makes retarded console ports like rainbow six vegas impossible to play, I dont see why higher then 1000 is even needed unless your playing on a movie screen.

Companys need to stop listening to any dad and his pc and stop with the 30000 dpi marketing nonsense.

Just discovered another major flaw with the mouse. The red sensor light leaks out of the gap where the mousehwheel is and shines a long, red line on my wall. When i move the mouse the red light on the wall moves. It's rather distracting.

Would someone weigh this thing? Half the people say it weighs 101g the other half says 87g

Don't have a decent scale here. But the Valor feels lighter than the CM Spawn. The latter weighs 86gr without cable.

I think PT data was accurate on that at least.

For my particular Valor, there really isn't anything wrong with it physically, but as a gamer, I can't use the mouse at all. Sure it's confy and has a nice feel and all. It's also light. But I can't play at all with these ****ty DPI steps and this negative acceleration is horrible. No "professional" gamer should even consider this mouse until these issues are resolved.

Also, just tested my LOD: 4 CDs!!! WDF puretrak!

when i start my pc and the blue led behind the wheel is not activated, it is red coloured because of the sensor's led. Also if i put my hand over the whell the light on it is violet (because blue+red=violet)

What part of the mouse should be hitting my palm? The weight cover? Thanks for answering.
