Well they said they needed two weeks worth of business days to process a return and refund once they got it back. Sounds like a long time but it doesn't bother me much because the other two mice that Im interested in buying aren't even available in the US yet. (Mico and Spawn)

yeah, unless puretrak gets there crap together ill be going for the cm spawn, i think the spawn is supposed to be readily available in the U.S. like the first week of july. Would be nice to hear if puretrak is making any progress on the new firmware or if they are working on it at all though.

Thing is, I haven't returned my mouse yet. There is that bs about having to pay for return shipping, that I want clarification on. Which I haven't gotten through emails, posting on this forum, or PM. Might just have to go through paypal, and file a claim, because i'm sick and tired of waiting.

Dang, every one is returning their Valor :O I plan on keeping it, especially because of the free talent. Does any one have any comments on how comfortable this is compared to the Death Adder?

I'm not mate. I love my valor. I have none of the issues the others described tho I think a lot of their problems are being dream'd up from paranoia =) so I can't complain. I went to a LAN this past weekend and there were 2 other people with valors and they agreed as well. one of which was a semi-pro starcraft player... just won first place €3000 in a tourney before.

I think in the grand scheme of things, the people here complaining is a small number compared to the people who really like it. plus some of you are right, it is the same people complainin' over and over.

oh well. i'll def. be keeping my valor for the 3 years or more. probably one of the most comfortable mouse I've ever felt. Feels like pure rubber.

Yeah, you're dreaming. It's been blown out of proportion a bit, but even for the people who didn't suffer from blatant QC issues it's still an incomplete mouse with broken firmware.
