Really disgusted by the lack of information from puretrak, order shipped a week ago supposedly with "Upgraded fedEx" but received no tracking number at all. Emailed a number of times about a tracking number so I at least know its coming and can be in to sign for the item, nothing not one response.
All I hope is they actually learn from previous overseas orders and actually secure the item in its box properly, but it also seems nick has disappeared from these forums also.
Certainly is going well puretrak for their first mouse release.

They don't have time to update anyone on their shipping or tell us if they are working on a firmware, but they have time to talk about their new product on facebook

I've run into this problem several times as well:

When I reboot my computer the mouse doesn't work, and I have to replug it in to get it to work again. Anyone else have this problem?

I had a DeathAdder and a MX518 previously, but I uninstalled both drivers. What do I need to do to get the Valor working properly? As far as I know, there are no drivers for it.

PureTrak told us that they will release driver for it for changing the stock hz and cpi if some1 wants..
But dont really need, this mouse, like your previosly mx518 is on-the-fly changable setting[only cpi in both cases].
