I doubt Puretrak have any coders on staff. Who writes the firmware, Avago themselves? If so, I suspect changes asked for by Puretrak were never implemented or done so wrongly. Either way, any changes will require a back and forth discussion, which explains the delay.

Sent mine back on Tuesday, finally. Let's see how long it takes for my refund.
They've had mine for 5 business days now and I haven't gotten my refund. Saturday is the last day I can file a dispute with paypal, so if I don't have it by tomorrow I'm disputing it.

I understand that, but don't really care at this point. I can't file it past Saturday, so if I don't have my refund tomorrow, it's getting filed.

finaly got mine, not as bad as I thought it would be. When on 1000dpi it behaves very similar to the deathadder at 1800dpi, the skates are horid but im sure corepad will release some 100% teflon replacements soon.

can confirm lift of distance is much better then the death adder

mouse clicks are bareable and not the not best i've seen in a mouse.

fireware update for the lower dpi with no negative or possitive accel should make the mouse pretty decent.

also it was funny to have a mouse with half the skates on the bottom missing when it arrived, good thing it had replacements.

Hello,

Could you PM me your OrderID#? As part of our new quality control procedures, we have photo logged various areas of the mouse and it's packaging up to the point where they are packaged and released for shipment. I would like to take a look to see if this passed through without skates.

Thanks!

Hello,

There are actually 3 parties involved with the development of our firmware including Avago themselves (as this is a brand new sensor to their line as well).

The back and forth discussion does cause a slight delay but the biggest is the actual testing of the mouse for every slight change we make to the firmware. Each time a change and test is conducted, it takes about 45-60 minutes.

Order date shipped? Method of delivery? Were you given a Tracking number?
