Jeez mine was supposedly shipped on the 25th via fedex with no tracking number. I just hope they didn't confuse my address here in Australia, they just can't tell between house and apartment addresses here T_T

Also lol I pre-ordered on the 12th of April, so not long after

Well we already know its an oem model. And the one you linked to doesn't have the same dimensions

However the puretrak valor is exactly the same shape and dimensions as the russian cheap oclick mouse and use the same coating

How come I cant order the Valor like everyone else? still says pre order, is the website just not updated? or our of stock or working on flaws?

PureTrak Ryan,
We were having all the non-DPI issues resolved from the factory along with adding in additional QC checks. We will update the website and this page once we have the Valor's in stock and checked by our staff.
8 hours ago.Ryan Kwan oh right on, so what are people doing who have them now? just waiting for the firmware release? is the mouse totally unuseable??? or people just being picky about little details? would the problems even be noticed by the average person? what is release date? do you have a estimated time frame? weeks? months?

PureTrak Hi Ryan,
Since this has already been covered a few times in previous posts I'll be short in details. But please let me know if you have any other questions. There was only a small batch of Valors that went out with physical defects. We ad...dressed these defects and informed those customers on how to fix them quite easily. The only main issue that some customers notice is with the DPI settings, primarily at the 500 step and slightly on the 2000 step. In all honesty, I play at 1000 and don't have any issues with the mouse at all and that seems to be the reports coming back from the majority whom play at 1000 or 3500. So to answer your question about the average person noticing any of the issues at the current time? My honest answer would be no, not at all.

We should be done with the QC checks on the bulk inventory sometime this week and will remove the pre-order status. However, the DPI issue at the 500 level may or may not be corrected at that time. We are dealing with a brand new sensor that hasn't had much development time on it. But like I said before, if you don't play at 500 DPI or can adjust your ingame/windows settings and play at 1000+; it's golden.

So to confirm, yes, we are/have been working on new firmware to support these DPI steps much better than what is currently being displayed. Seeing as it's a holiday weekend, I will have a much better update later on this week from all ends working on this update.

As I've also mentioned before, the firmware for this sensor is not something that can be simply corrected overnight. Rest assured though, we are working to release new firmware as quickly as we can.
Where are the update you was promised? The week has been passed before 2days.
Instead of making non-edged feets and new deisgn for your Talent first you need to invest on your Valor buyers..Mice market not working like your pervious Vent/TS servers.
This Friday the Valor will have exactly 1 FU month that it sits here disconnected just beacause you guys give us a mouse with a defective firmware.
The funny thing about this mess is just YOU GUYS [PureTrak] EVEN DO NOT NOTICE THE ISSUES! - and still, this is even confirmed by Patrick in your facebook. WHAT DA FU SHAME

UPDATE US ALREADY ABOUT WHATS GOING ON!!!!
I'm fed up with all the waiting.

So even the Puretrak staff can't tell that the 1000 dpi step feels exactly like 1800 dpi? I switched my mx518 to 1800 dpi and set the Valor to 1000 dpi to compare the two, and the Valor is nearly identical to my mx518 (with obvious accelerations problems aside, there was noticeable accel even set at 1000 dpi).
